Tourtière with veal, beef brisket, sweetbreads, cheese…

This was not my first visit to this gastronomic wonderland. Much like when visiting a Six Flags, one can actually have “too much fun” in that slight queasy feeling one gets after the 14th roller-coaster ride. This was that – tooooo much fun.

    I just wanted to point out that the restaurant supply shop Norten is now a branch of Équipements de restaurants de l'est. http://www.ere-equipement.com/ They still sharpen knives.
